An LMS
Stores the courses, runs one assessment at the end, and then files the student away and forgets them.
AI coaches that make people learn, apply it and create value.

The problem
The traditional ways of teaching online — the PDF, the video, the course you watch once and file away — fall short: they get completed, passed and forgotten, and they rarely make sure what was learned is actually used.
Teaching well means motivating, engaging, asking, listening and, above all, talking and staying alongside. Doing that with every person, at any hour and at scale, was always hard; with Dungu, it is now possible.
And when teaching happens through conversation and follow-up, you do not just learn more: you apply more and create more value — personal, professional and business value.
How it works
Give Dungu your website or whatever brand material you have, and it takes the personality, the tone, the approach, the colours and the logo from there, so everything it teaches feels like yours.
With Dungu you define the coach you want: its goals, its field of knowledge and expertise, its method, how it teaches and how it speaks. Dungu builds it for you, and you can create as many as you need.
Upload your base material or a course you already have, ask it to research online, dictate it, or write it yourself. Dungu adapts it and turns it into a conversational course with your brand's personality.
It teaches, follows up, reinforces and accompanies in the short, medium and long term — over web, mobile app, WhatsApp, Slack or other channels. It answers when people come to it, and it also asks proactively, without anyone having to prompt it.
It measures whether learning happened, not only when the course ends but over time, and whether what was learned got applied and moved the business, improved grades or met the personal goal. The measurement leans on supervisors, teachers or whoever else is relevant.
Why it is different
Stores the courses, runs one assessment at the end, and then files the student away and forgets them.
Asks questions, waits for answers, and brings nothing beyond that.
Runs a real teaching method: active recall, follow-up and reinforcement — and proves that what was learned got applied and paid off.

Use cases
Train your team through whichever channel suits them, and tie the training and its follow-up to your business KPIs: turnover, time to productivity for each new hire (the ramp, or going live on the floor), sales, service, retention, output, fewer accidents, efficiency and effectiveness, among others.
A tutor that accompanies every student at their own pace, reinforces the subjects, trains and prepares them, and measures what they do and how far they have come.
Learn what interests you, build the skills you want, change habits, create new ones or drop the ones that no longer serve you — with follow-up, accompaniment and continuous measurement.
Produce and offer sellable courses faster. You no longer sell just the course: you also sell who teaches it, who assesses, and who follows up and reinforces — all measured, so your students know the value you create for them.

Questions
Dungu is a conversational learning platform powered by AI. Instead of handing over a course for someone to read or watch, it creates AI coaches that teach by talking, reinforce over time, and verify that what was learned got applied.
An LMS hosts courses and records who completed them. Dungu teaches: it applies teaching methods of proven effectiveness, comes back to reinforce days later, and measures whether the learning changed anything at work. Delivery is a conversation, not a page to navigate.
A general assistant is reactive: it answers when asked. A Dungu coach runs a designed programme, is proactive over time, is tied to a goal and a measure of success, and checks that today the person can actually do the task.
Measurement rests on two sources: a signal of application confirmed by the direct supervisor, and a business indicator the company already tracks. Never a performance test of the worker. It is compared against a control group whenever possible.
Through the channel the person is already in: web and app chat, and also WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or Discord. It is a single conversation that carries across channels.
The current focus is contact centres, BPO and retail: connected frontline teams with high turnover and a short-cycle business indicator. We are opening pilots with that profile.
Half an hour, your operation and a number you already track. You leave with a clear idea of whether Dungu fits, and whether a pilot is worth it.
